Terms & Conditions — 78rp

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered member account on the 78rp Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on an event outcome, game round, or lottery draw through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer, cashback, or other non-cash benefit offered by 78rp to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required under our compliance obligations, typically involving submission of a government-issued identity document (KTP or passport) and proof of address.
• "Platform" means the 78rp website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services made available to Players.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by law, outside of which access to and use of the Platform is not permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must stake before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all Platform operations, draw schedules, and customer service hours unless stated otherwise.

To register and use the 78rp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be at least 21 years of age. 78rp does not permit gambling by persons under 21, and any account discovered to be registered by an underage individual will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 78rp or any of its affiliated entities, or a family member of such a person.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 78rp that remains in effect.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each Account must be used exclusively by the Account holder for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.1  One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified, 78rp reserves the right to close all accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances.

3.2  Accuracy of Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

3.3  KYC Verification. 78rp operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifecycle, we may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable document, along with proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

3.4  Account Approval. Registration constitutes an application for an Account. 78rp reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.2 You must notify 78rp immediately via our support channels ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 78rp will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

4.3 You must not access your Account using automation tools, bots, scripts, or any other technological means designed to circumvent the Platform's normal access controls.

4.4 78rp uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores passwords in irreversible hashed form. We will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or phone.

5.1  Accepted Methods. 78rp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account. Specific game or bonus offers may have higher minimum deposit requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank tr ansfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. During periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance, processing may take up to 15 minutes. 78rp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes during operational hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.5  Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to security and KYC review. 78rp reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing funds. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.6  Transaction Limits. 78rp may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion, including in response to responsible gaming requests from the Account holder. Specific limits applicable to your Account will be communicated via your Account dashboard or by our support team.

5.7  Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 78rp does not accept deposits made from payment accounts held in another person's name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.1  General. 78rp offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting events including BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds (where relevant) will be stated in the promotion terms.

6.3  Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. 78rp monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill requirements without genuine play, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 78rp reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account permanently.

6.5  One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Members of the same household sharing a single address may each maintain one Account but are collectively eligible for only one instance of each welcome or first-deposit bonus.

7.1  Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by 78rp. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including in cases of suspected match manipulation, pricing errors, or technical faults. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the Player.

7.2  Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, sport, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of bet placement. 78rp may modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3  Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable settlement criteria are met; a manifest pricing error is identified; the event is subject to confirmed match-fixing findings by the relevant sporting authority; or a technical error results in incorrect odds being offered.

7.4  Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) are available on eligible football markets and other selected sports. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet will be settled on the remaining legs at the applicable reduced odds. 7.5  Live Betting. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly. 78rp uses best-efforts processing to confirm live bets at the displayed odds; however, where an odds change occurs during the bet placement process, the bet may be accepted at the new odds, declined, or referred for manual review. The outcome of a referred bet will be communicated within a reasonable time.

7.6  Togel Draw Rules. Togel draws are conducted according to the official draw schedule and reference results published by the relevant licensed operator. Results are final once published. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw via our support channels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 78rp Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any program designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's codebase, data feeds, or proprietary odds models.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 78rp staff or other players through any communication channel.

9.1 All content on the 78rp Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, text, odds compilations, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 78rp or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 78rp.

9.2 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 78rp for display on the Platform. Players may not copy, redistribute, or publish any such content.

10.1 The 78rp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate data, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78rp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: loss of funds due to unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security; reliance on incorrect odds or information displayed due to technical error; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking systems; or interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or infrastructure failures.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 78rp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.4 Gambling involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose the funds you wager and that 78rp bears no responsibility for losses incurred through normal and lawful gameplay.

11.1 78rp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access control protocols, and regular security audits. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 We may share your data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention platforms as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our legal obligations.

12.1 78rp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 78rp's jurisdiction of international licensing. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.

13.2 You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence, including Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 78rp makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
